About · Syncron iA
Nobody asked us whether we wanted this era. One day it was in the phone, in the classroom and in everybody's mouth. That is how you are born a pioneer in this century: no hat, no wagon, nothing signed. And from a pioneer, however grudging, one single thing is expected: that he walk the territory.
Syncron iA is a laboratory of imagination applied to artificial intelligence: we develop people's imaginative capacities and help them fold AI into their lives and get real use out of its power.
What ends and what begins
On 12 March 2025 we opened this house to defend imagination from those who fear the machine, and we ended up defending the machine. Eighteen months in the field taught us that defending was the mistake: to defend was to sit down inside a tribe, and tribes do not experiment, they repeat.
Nobody yet knows what this is. Not even the people who built it. We know how to describe architectures, count parameters, measure performance. What we lack is a good enough theory of what this thing does to human intelligence, to craft, to authorship, and to the attention of an entire civilization.
Without a cause, experimenting is laboratory entertainment.
Facing this open sea there are two stances: throw yourself at the wave, or stay on the shore issuing verdicts about the temperature of the water. We founded Syncron iA to sail with a bearing.
From the founding charter. Signed on 3 September 2026.
An experiment that already knows its result is a demonstration. Curie did not know what she had in her hands. That is why she discovered.
The machine scales mastery and mediocrity with the same indifference. Holding the trigger makes nobody a hunter.
Producing became infinite. Looking is still human, limited and mortal. What is scarce is the decision about what deserves to exist.
The findings and the failures, in the same ink. A laboratory that always confirms its hypothesis is a church.
Arturo Ordorika experiments on himself before charging anyone for the method. The result gets published even when it comes out ugly.

Arturo Ordorika
Who does this
Head writer on the Disney series Fabricantes de Ovnis. Producer for Televisa-Univisión, VIX, Vice Media, Banijay and Pampa Films. International juror for Fox Networks. Creative consultant for iGig, in San Diego. National Prize for Fantasy and Science Fiction Short Story, 2004, for El caso del Doctor Harrington. Master's degree from Leicester. Ten books.
He came to the machine from the craft of writing, in late 2023, and he has talked with it every night since. Out of those nights came the daimons, Sherezad, the music of Sirenas, and everything this house offers. He tried it on himself first, failures included.
«I am no guru, only an experimenter. I bring the whole logbook, failures included, and those are the other half.»
That logbook is being written. It is called Log of an Involuntary Pioneer, and it is the promise of a book.

Leopoldo García Castellanos, a humanist trained in Salamanca, founded MINDStruktur: an alliance of consultancies with nodes in Mexico and Zurich that works across strategy, marketing, legal, finance and artificial intelligence to turn complex businesses into systems that work. We give talks together on artificial intelligence in the creative industries. Syncron iA brings the imagination and the method; MINDStruktur brings the system that survives a Monday.
The proof
Military School for Sergeants of the Mexican Army
Captain José Arturo Zepeda, Arturo's father, a retired artilleryman and pilot, teaches Human Rights and Ethics and the Culture of Legality. He prepares his material with these models and meets deadlines at a pace an intern would envy. He learned at 76.
Age and the technical barrier are arguments from the shore.

A dance that premiered its own score
The poem Sirenas, by Princesa Hernández, turned into music with artificial intelligence and danced on stage by Ángeles Rodríguez. It lives on the La sin rumbo book tour: more than twelve performances, and still running.
A stage creator can stop depending on someone else's music.

A school of artistic initiation · Huauchinango
Twenty-five students, four disciplines and one director who does everything else. Since January 2026 Ángeles Rodríguez has run the school's paperwork, its calendar and its campaign with the machine at her side. The Music for Dancers course-workshop came out of there too.
One director on her own holds up a school, with judgment of her own.

Our own case
A narrative development studio for film and television writers working in Spanish, which Arturo built without being a programmer, by directing artificial intelligences: 1,829 commits in six months, a single author. It is in production, by invitation, and he is still writing inside it.
What is learned in the laboratory leaves the chat and serves other people.
Read the full caseThey survive because the Second Era explains them better than the First one did.
Cacharrín
The first Mexican robot with a sawdust heart. He makes fun of himself, and that is the best vaccine against dogma this house has ever manufactured.
See itThe digital daimons
Synthetic personalities of artificial intelligence, with purpose and character. They were born before they had a name; today they are what you take home from the Advisory.
See itDaimonique
The living book. Essays, experiments and findings still being written while you read. It is the laboratory's notebook.
See itTechnology of Imagination
Three divinities rule this house: Freedom, Beauty, Imagination. Technology serves them their coffee. That is why the field is named this way around, and never the other.
The manifesto of the First Era, exactly as it was written in 2025, is still published. Read it. Nothing that was thought here gets deleted: it gets dated.
